I'm born in Montreal, but grew up in a small town in Quebec province of Canada, called Mont-St-Hilaire. I grew running in wheat & corn fields, riding horses, having an orchard and a mountain as a school-yard.

I've been drawing since I know how to hold a pensil and writting since I know how to write, but I started "serious fantasy writing" (in french, my first language) when I was 9 years old; that's almost 20 years ago... I haven't published anything yet, though I'm working on it has hard as I can.

Strangely, I did my studies in fine arts... my other "Muse". Both are fighting to get all my attention, all my love, but it seems I cannot choose. Visual arts is a major part of me. Then, I've "upgraded" myself to computer graphics (CG) in the speciality of 3D... but after much consideration, I prefer 2D. I'm also a semi-professionnal in photo, that I do as a hobby (for the moment). I guess I should try mixing media...

The country girl now lives in proximity with Montreal. I miss "my" apple trees, "my" horses and "my" mountain, unable to tame the big city. I (unfortunatly) don't live from any of those arts, those passions, though I'm working on it.

In my "none-doing-stuff", I live happy (I said "non-doing", so that doesn't count my job life!!) in an confortable appartment (confortable if I don't open the windows, dawm the cities), with my lover, since June 2000, with my two black cats (no, I'm not superstitious... except for the mirror thing... mirrors are so creepy anyway), working part time so I can have as much time as I can to write and paint... and lurk on the web.
